30 weeks and tick-tock goes the clock

Before we start, could someone just reach up and snip that piece of hair off my forehead?  Thanks.  That feels much better.  Actually, even though my bangs drive me nuts in these pictures, it lets you know that the wind was blowing, and from the other pictures you can tell that the sun was shining--and that my friends means springtime is here!  Goodness, gracious praise the Lord!  My daffodils are in bloom, and my tulips are close behind.  Good things are on the way.

At 30 weeks, the only new thing I have to say is that my body feels older.  I toss and turn at night trying to find comfort.  And then I wake up with a kink in my back.  Oh, what I'd do for a king size bed right about now.  Dave has now volunteered to sleep on the couch every now and then.  This hurts my heart, but he said we both needed a good nights rest.  When I said that next time I'd take a turn, he just rolled his eyes.

At 30 weeks, the nursery room project is moving right along!  We've sold our furniture, and cleaned out space in the rest of the house for our laptop and office items.  The plan is to start painting this weekend.  Exciting, right?  Once we get this room in order, I'll feel a whole lot better on our readiness to be parents.  Crossing my fingers for a completed nursery room by Easter!
