At this point last year, I was in the hospital being told to push. And when I heard those words, I began to get anxiety. Real anxiety--I just wondered if you'd make it out ok. And you did. You came out with black eyes open and blinking and crying a healthy cry.
The first time I made eye contact with you is forever and ever etched into my memory. At 11:10 am on a Wednesday.
The first day I met you, I wondered what you're personality would be like. Prayed you'd be a good baby. You turned out to be the best baby. Happy, calm, mellow, smiley, squeaky. This past year, so many times I have felt you could read my thoughts, giving me just the right thing when I needed it.
Your Dad and I have had so much fun with you this last year. Always talking late at night about the silly cute things your did. We're so proud of you already.
If today were your perfect day you'd eat yogurt for every meal, listen to music, play with the laptop, and never, ever, EVER have to get your diaper changed. We'll try to make most of those happen.

The video was great! Entertained the kids for a good ten min watching over and over and over. Does that explain how much we love The Jude? Happy Birthday for the fourth time Ju!!!
