Over the weekend, I made pumpkin spice pancakes. 'Tis the season, right?
I make 'em just like I make my banana pancakes--which is the 2nd easiest thing ever (1st being pouring cereal into a bowl).
And, yup, of course I made extra to freeze for later.
It's a healthy little pancake with whole grain and antioxidant rich pumpkin and that I like.

I just use the Krusteaz whole wheat pancake mix, throw in about one cup of pumpkin, a few shakes of cinnamon and nutmeg, and then add water until I get the desired consistency. Easy right? Even better is that I used the leftover pumpkin to make these. Winning!
Those babies drenched in syrup making my mouth water at this time of morn. Everything tastes better w pumpkin!
