Jealous Much??

Hmm, was told to update my blog--and I know, I freakin' know!!  But let's see...my life the last two weekends has consisted of this & this.
Cleaning baseboards, doors, and walls

Packing boxes, obvi
So, now you know why you follow this blog.  Cuz I'm freakin' cool, yo!  Like I even needed to type that out.

Yes, this is my last weekend in this house.   This house that I bought with my very own moneys when I was just 24.  This house that I painted inside and out, with a few upgrades in between.  This house with over 200 daffodils and tulips in the yard.  This house with the warm morning light.  This house with the awesome little breakfast nook, where soooo many laughs with friends have occurred.  This house where I broke up with Dave--a seriously sad time.  This house where we got back together--a sigh-of-relief time.  This house where we got engaged.  This house where we've packed and unpacked for trips.  This house where we've done our school work.    This house where we've let the junk mail pile up.  This house where I sat on the couch waiting to go into labor.  This house where I sat down and had a literal conversation with Baby Jude, telling him it was time to come out.  This tiny house.  On a quiet street.  With giant trees.  This house that I told myself I would live in for 5 years, but really thought it'd be more like 2, but oh hey, guess what?--actually it has been 5 years.  This house that as much as I hate to admit, has been perfect for me, and then us, and then us as a family.

In case you couldn't tell, we are moving.
