26 weeks and Pop! goes my belly button

And so onto our 3rd round of pregnancy pics and week 26! Time is flying. So fast--too fast, really. Not much new to report in the "symptom" department. Just trying to enjoy life while I'm still sleeping full nights and living comfortably!

Here is the lovely belly button. In case you can't see, it's telling me that the turkey is about halfway done. Dave calls the picture on the left my Alfred Hitchcock. Lovely.

What would I do without my Pregnancy Bible?? This book really has it all--and that might not be such a great thing...naked pictures galore! I guess I'll at least know what to expect? Ha! But, I do love reading this for my weekly baby updates. It said that Dave should give me more massages, but he thinks I just made that part up. Umm, no. He needs to get crackin'!

For week 26, my trusty book says that "a friend" can now hear the baby's heartbeat simply by placing an ear up to the belly. Dave tried (with his good ear. Yes, he has a good ear. Who knew?) but heard nothing. Instead he felt many strong punches to the ear. So, now we know Little Mister is responsive to touch. How fun!
