She's Crafty...sorta

For my latest and greatest craft, I decided to make this:

...to be used for an upcoming (guaranteed super-cute) project with the sis.

I had lofty ideas to get it done on a night-in with some girlfriends (the newly dubbed, "craft night").  But somehow the conversation, white bean-chicken chili soup, and grapefruit margaritas were more appealing.  At least because of craft night, I now know someone who can whip up an excellent yard sale sign.  I'm just sayin'.

Anyway.

I accomplished this:

And since then, have done this much more:

And only have a kajillion left.

 

Even though I''m buried in fabric flowers over here, at least I had the foresight to get fabric cutting scissors this time 'round.  Pretty happy about that.
